You are solely responsible for all fantasy football decisions made using this Service. SleeperPy is not responsible for any losses, poor performance, or outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided through the Service. Tier rankings, player valuations, and other information may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect.

SleeperPy respects the intellectual property of others. The Service aggregates data from:

• Sleeper - League and player data (sleeper.com)
• DynastyProcess - Dynasty player valuations (dynastyprocess/data)

All third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. The SleeperPy source code is open-source and available on GitHub.

8. Service Availability

We make no guarantees about Service availability or uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party API failures, or other technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers

• Any fantasy football decisions made using the Service
