TL;DR: We collect minimal data (only your Sleeper username via a cookie), don't sell your information, and don't use invasive tracking.

Information You Provide
- Sleeper Username: You provide your Sleeper username to access your fantasy football data
Automatically Collected Information
- Cookies: We store your Sleeper username in a cookie to remember you on return visits (expires after 30 days)
- Server Logs: Standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, and access times
- Anonymous Usage Metrics: We collect basic analytics (page views, feature usage) using privacy-focused tools with no cross-site tracking
Third-Party Data
- Sleeper API: We fetch your league and roster data from Sleeper's public API
- Boris Chen Tiers: We fetch player tier rankings from Boris Chen's website
- DynastyProcess: We fetch dynasty player values from DynastyProcess CSV data
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Display your fantasy football leagues and rosters
- Provide tier-based player rankings and recommendations
- Remember your username for convenience on return visits
- Improve our service through anonymous usage analytics
- Monitor and fix technical issues
Data Retention
- Cookies: Stored for 30 days or until you clear them
- Server Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging
- Fetched League Data: Temporarily cached (15 minutes to 24 hours) to reduce API load, then discarded

- Sleeper API: We send your username to Sleeper to fetch your league data (required for functionality)

Note: Your Sleeper league data may be visible to anyone who knows your Sleeper username, as we fetch it from Sleeper's public API.

SleeperPy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
International Users
If you are accessing SleeperPy from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
